Executive Coaching at Namaste Psychiatry is for when you know you are capable - but your calendar, inbox, and to‑do list tell a different story. Together, we focus on the real‑life skills that make your days easier: organizing, planning, prioritizing, and actually following through.

In these one‑on‑one virtual sessions, we start by understanding how your brain naturally works. Do you get stuck starting tasks? Lose track of time? Freeze when everything feels urgent? We map out your patterns so our work is targeted, not generic.

From there, we co‑create simple, sustainable systems for your specific world - whether that is back‑to‑back meetings, a demanding academic schedule, caregiving, or all of the above. We might build weekly planning routines, email and paperwork workflows, or realistic approaches to deadlines and long‑term projects.

Because many of our patients live with ADHD, we expect that motivation will ebb and routines will slip. Coaching sessions are a judgment‑free space to troubleshoot when that happens, revise tools that are not working, and celebrate small wins that actually matter, like finishing tasks on time or arriving prepared instead of frazzled.
